SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We will deliver the products to the premises nominated in your order at your cost (at the rate specified herein) within a reasonable time of accepting your order. If we have specified a delivery date, we will try and deliver the products to you by that date. If the product(s) that you have ordered is/are not available or delayed, we will inform you via email or telephone, at which time you will have the option of choosing a different product or receiving a refund.

Time will not be of the essence and we will not be liable to you for late delivery. Late delivery does not entitle you to cancel any order or part of any order.

Please ensure you supply us with your full and correct shipping address. We take no such responsibility if you provided us with an incorrect or insufficient delivery address.

All orders within New Zealand will be charged at a standard rate of NZD$7.00 and shipped via Courier Post. Please allow 2 – 5 business days for delivery. This service includes tracking and we will notify you the track & trace number once the order has been despatched.

All international orders will be shipped via International Air services. Please allow 7 – 14 business days for delivery. The cost of freight will be an additional charge to the product prices quoted. Freight charges are calculated based on shipping zone. This service does not include tracking unless advised at the time of placing your order.

RETURN POLICY

Subject to your rights at law, we will only accept the return of products if:

We accept that the products were damaged or faulty at the time of delivery to you, in which case we will replace the products or full refund back to your credit card; or we accept that you have received a product from us that is different to the one you ordered, in which case we will replace the incorrect product with the correct product or full refund back to your credit card.

Refunds will be processed within 5 – 7 business days of receiving the returned item(s) and we will email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

All returned goods must be made and notified to MARACA within 14 days. Goods must be returned in their original packaging and condition, sealed or unused (except for defective or faulty products) with an explanation for returning the goods to: R O C C A Ltd, PO Box 47891, Ponsonby, Auckland 1144, New Zealand.

Shipping on returned goods is at the buyer’s cost, however, we will refund those costs if we accept the return of products were damaged, faulty or incorrectly shipped. Unfortunately, we are not liable for the refund of your import duty, customs fees and local sales taxes (levies) charged.
